WHO IS BREEZE BOOKKEEPING?

I’m really fortunate to live in Willowmavin on a beautiful 30 acre property that I share with my husband and our brood of horses, cats and dogs!!!....we love horse riding but there just never seems to be enough time. Work life balance is really important for me and I'm sure it must be for you too. It is an ongoing mission that is slowly starting to come to reality, but it certainly has not been that way for many years. Your time is valuable, so start thinking about doing what you do best and getting help for what you don't - that will equal free time!! Working with numbers was always meant to be for me - pretty sure I was born with a calculator in my hands. I was in the corporate world in many different types of industry for over 25 years in roles as an Auditor or Financial Controller. Financials and reporting, making business decisions, implementing systems and being the best at what I can do, gives me a real buzz. I really get a kick out of fixing areas where it's usually a headache for others, so problem solving is definitely my forte. Breeze Bookkeeping started out by lending a hand to friends who run a successful business – they hated the bookkeeping side of things (that’s weird I thought to myself). I did a ‘health check’ of their books and picked up a number of problems that had been impacting their GST payable to the ATO, their profit and the amount of tax they had to pay at the end of the year!!!...yes, all 3 of those things!!! I had a chat with them about why there were problems, the impact of the errors and what needed to be done going forward. Nobody had ever given them any insight or education about why recording transactions in the right place and understanding their finances was so important. As a result of that ‘chat’, I officially became their Bookkeeper. My own business has grown by word of mouth and I discovered that ALL of my clients had the same issues regardless of what type of business they owned and I was having lots of ‘chats’. I enjoy meeting people, listening to them and establishing where exactly they have an issue or a problem, and best of all coming up with a solution that takes away the stress and anxiety of doing something that they really dislike and in all honesty, are probably doing incorrectly. I have forged a connection and developed a relationship with my clients and they all understand what makes me tick, what my core values are and what it translates to for them:
Most business owners are so busy working IN their own business, Bookkeeping is not a priority and certainly not a job they enjoy (still can’t understand that). My aim is to give you more freedom and time to spend with your family and friends, and getting you to do those things that you enjoy when you are not thinking about or working in your business. I get it, I really do. There are things that I outsource because it takes me 3 times longer than someone who has the skills and who knows what they are doing. LET ME TAKE CARE OF YOUR BOOKS SO YOU CAN CONCENTRATE ON TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS.I have a real passion for what I do.
